Our business is supported by one production line and one assembly base. We carry out sheet metal fabrication and machining for robot bodies, platforms, grippers, racks, frames, fixtures and other mechanical hardware.
The mobile base and robotic arm are externally sourced. LabCarry integrates their hardware and firmware with our own mechanical platform and completes the external interface, hardware assembly and calibration.
This approach gives laboratory automation software companies, robotics companies, system integrators and scientific instrument OEMs an integrated hardware platform to connect to their own software.
Your scheduling software, our integrated hardware
LabCarry owns the agreed hardware manufacturing and device integration work package, including base-to-arm hardware/firmware interoperability and the external platform interface. Your team owns scheduling, task priorities, laboratory workflow logic and instrument coordination.
Both teams agree the platform functions, connection method and acceptance criteria. The customer software connects at the platform interface after LabCarry has completed the underlying device integration.
We respect the customer’s product identity and route to market. Begin with a non-confidential brief and agree information-handling terms before exchanging protected designs or identifiable project material.
How we organize the working relationship
The OEM relationship starts with a clear product owner and an agreed manufacturing boundary. For a robotics company, the review may focus on transferring an existing design into a build package. For a laboratory automation provider or integrator, the first question may be how the hardware work package fits interfaces owned by several suppliers.
- Product direction: identify who approves requirements, design revisions, branding and the finished configuration.
- Engineering exchange: name the people responsible for drawings, interface questions and closure of build issues.
- Manufacturing release: agree the records and acceptance authority for each build stage.
- Customer and service boundary: define who communicates with the end customer and who handles installation, support and field changes.
Information access, tooling ownership and use of customer references belong in the cooperation terms. A non-confidential first brief can establish the proposed scope before detailed product information is exchanged.
Inspection and acceptance for your hardware
We agree the inspection points, configuration records and acceptance tests with your engineers before the build. The scope identifies who checks each item, how results are recorded and who authorizes release.

Planning an overseas OEM order
Specify the destination market, delivery location and installation responsibilities early. Agree the contracting entity, commercial terms, required document language and the party responsible for the product’s market-access assessment. Include packaging, shipping restraints and reassembly requirements in the scope where they affect the delivered configuration.
For future support, define the spare-parts boundary, configuration records to retain and approval of replacement components. We include these responsibilities in the technical and commercial proposal.
